If I were to take a stab in the dark, I would say you are a mum, who is ready to take back a bit of control in your super busy life. You have children who are either at childcare, school or with you at home. Perhaps they have started after school clubs, so you are spending more hours driving around and negotiating timetables, instead of going for that long walk you have been craving all week…
Maybe, you woke up early this morning to try and stretch on the yoga mat or write down a few words, in the silence of what is usually a busy house. However, you were joined by little ones who just want to cuddle or need feeding, but you now feel robbed of your precious “me time”.
